Our client was installing a large piece of industrial machinery whilst standing on a scaffolding. Whilst he was doing so the scaffolding collapsed and our client fell to the ground with his legs being trapped under the falling debris.
Our client suffered severe fractures to his legs as well as other injuries including serious psychological injuries.
The matter was concluded following a settlement meeting between the parties which lasted nearly 12 hours.
Our lawyers were able to secure £205,000 for the client.
