Isabella represented the wife in a very complex divorce. When, due to her husband’s debts, the family home was repossessed by the bank, the wife had no place to live and no financial help from the husband who abandoned the family.
During the Court case, Isabella managed to secure the return to the family home for her Client and daughter, blocking the possibility for the bank to dispose of it for 9 years. The case was in the end also settled amicably and the husband agreed to pay monthly maintenance for the child.
